ESSENTIAL OILS

Similar to EMD/R (eye movement, desensitization/reprocessing), essential oils work at a cellular level to release emotional baggage and allow an individual to move forward with their life. I find the oils to be my “magic in a bottle.” The oils can be used in conjunction with counseling, or they can be used fairly easily on your own. The application of many of the oils is self-explanatory. For example: live with passion, magnify your purpose, clarity, gratitude. If you feel you are familiar with your issue, simply choose an oil that corresponds to the work you are doing. If you feel there may be underlying issues that are keeping your stuck, it would be advisable to see a therapist to get you started in your healing process.
